Just a photo?

I used to think photos were only pretty pictures of someone else.  Until I received a B/W photo of my Dad—taken when he was a boy.  He had family with him...posed under a tree.  bw granniebw grannie These faces look like me and tether me back to a time long ago.  The photo was simple but the family had taken time to pose for the photographer.

Being the baby in my family, these are the only visual connections I have with my Dad’s history.  Work with an professional photographer and consider the image you are presenting.  We take the time to talk with you about your goals, the photos recipient, and the story you are telling.

Your pictures are special to someone.    Perhaps someone you will never meet -- but the images tell a story.

I remember having a portrait taken of me in college as a freebie. Just a promo thing, which I gave to my mom. That was the first time I ever saw her cry. She hugged me and called her friends to brag about how sweet her son was. I had no idea my photo would have so much impact.
