Imagine taking a 2-3 week vacation. Kicking back--no cares--other that the next port of call, what wine to have at sunset, or when to get up in the morning. Memories invested in to carry you through the 'hard' days. I have friends that regularly cruise the high seas, bike the open road, and hike from state to state on the Appalachian trail. I use a memory of a relative that I only met once; but, I got to know him through stories, letters, and wonderful portraits. I don't want to get gloomy -- we all have good and bad in our lives and most of us can't afford to take a big vacation to some far off land. What we need are regular reminders of special times.
New babies-- Senior moments--
The day you said I do--
What ever makes you smile, hang those memories in your home. Walk by them daily and remember!
