You have 24 hours to use in a day.  What are your choices?

We all have dreams, choices, set-backs, but at the end of your day, your choices will be totaled.  This is not a criticism that you are tall, fat, can't hit a ball, sing a note, male, female, old, uneducated, ethnic, or what ever else your label of why you can't perform.  It is just the total of your choices.  Make real choices that work.  Perhaps you will never quarterback in the NFL or sing at the Met but you can contribute to this world.  And if you love something, do.  Don't waste you time or the time of your family making them wait until you feel thin enough, young again, or worthy of their time.  When we are present, really present, we can offer somethings worthwhile.  (And while you are pushing yourself onward, lift someone else up too!)
